From September 2024, we are delighted to be working in collaboration with our partners Inspiring Future Teachers to help develop the next generation of teachers through our own Kite Teacher Training hub.  This is a new era for our forward thinking, people and pupil-centred trust and we now offer many unique and unrivalled benefits to our pupils and people. As a trainee teacher joining The Kite in September 2024, you can expect to join a trust team who will place your workload, professional development and personal wellbeing at the centre of all that we do.

The Kite Teacher Training hub will offer all the benefits of being part of a large national programme whilst at the same time providing locally-delivered, school-based training in The Kite Academy Trust infant and primary academies. We are able to offer placements across EYFS, including nurseries, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
